Roofing Gallery in Carlsbad

They pulled three nails out of our roof before quoting anything and showed me the pitted shanks on my own driveway. The shingles were fine; the fasteners were done. Re-laid the seaward slope in stainless and it came in under what two other outfits wanted for a full tear-off.

Called them about a leak over the kitchen. They spent an hour hose-testing one detail at a time and traced it to a split pipe boot and a face-nailed step flashing. Fixed both, photographed everything, and came back after the first big January rain to check their own work.

We were quoted a whole new tile roof by someone else. Carlsbad Roof Pros re-laid our existing field over new membrane with stainless hardware and replaced maybe forty broken tiles. Same roof, half the disruption, and they mechanically fixed the ridge instead of bedding it in mortar.

Straightest answer I got from any roofer. They told me our roof did not need the coating a salesman had pushed, wrote down what actually needed doing, and priced the ventilation work separately so I could see it. Ended up spending a third of what I expected.
